Is there such a thing?

Is there actually a formula for getting the PERFECT BODY?

Short answer, yes!


There have been many discoveries in the health and fitness world that have help thousands
upon thousands of guys.

SO…what is it?

Well before I explain it all I want to lay down some foundation that is really going to help you!

No matter which product you have, no matter what system you are using, no matter what you want to happen, things only happen if you do the work.

We’d all love to snap our fingers and everything we’ve ever wanted  to magically happen right?

Who wouldn’t want that?

However, the truth of the matter is that the only way you are going to get results is if you put in the work on a consistent basis.

Not every once in a while.

Not when you feel like it.

Not when it is convenient.


See most of the people out there live by their feelings.

The problem with that is that at the end of your feelings there is nothing.

…but at the end of your principles is a promise!

Live by your principles (if they are great) and I promise you will get what you want in life.

It doesn’t matter if it the perfect body.

The perfect finances.

The perfect spouse.

Live by your principles and you will get results.

Keep it SIMPLE!!!!

When you over complicate things that is when you get in trouble.

So how do we keep it simple.

1.  Workout regularly!

2.  Eat properly!

3.  Rest a sufficient amount!


If you can follow those 3 to a tee I promise you will have results.

Will they come within one week?

Most likely not.  Again you must stay consistent!

A little side note that will drastically help you improve your result….




It doesn’t matter what kind of results you are going after you will have 10x’s the results if you just track what you are doing.

The people that get terrible results are the people that just go through life on a whim.

Track how often you’re working out.

Track what you’re working out.

Track your time, weight, ect, ect.


Track what you’re eating.

Track how often you’re eating.


Track what kind of sleep you’re getting.

Track how long you’re sleeping.


From there you can make the necessary adjustments to have the best results possible.
