3 Ways To Boost Testosterone Naturally

You want to get your testosterone levels up?

A lot of guys out there struggle with getting their testosterone up.  It is a shame to see, but throughout this article we are going to be discussing 3 methods to get it back up.  Enjoy!

 

Why?

Why the heck do we even want to get our testosterone up?  Well there are a few reasons, but the 2 main ones are:

  1. Get that strong feeling back (if it is low then you will be weak and fatigued all the time)
  2. Get your libido up

How?

There are 3 big ways to increase your testosterone naturally:

Sleep

Most guys that have low testosterone are not sleeping enough.  You want to get 7-8 hours of sleep.  I know that a lot of people have crazy schedules, but you have to do what it takes if you really want to get your manhood back.

My best recommendation is to set a schedule and keep it as consistent as possible.  Go to sleep and wake up at the same times everyday.  I know life can get hectic, but that is the best way you’re gonna start sleeping again.

The reason that we want to get 7-8 hours is because when you do that then you will get into that deep REM sleep.  That is where you will start secreting growth hormones and testosterone.

This is probably one of the easiest ways so start with this.

Workout

Surprise surprise.

However, there is a caveat to this way of increasing your testosterone because there are guys out there that do workout yet still have low levels.

You must be exerting a lot of energy.

If you’re just doing little workouts that only incorporate single muscle groups than its not going to help that much.

You need to again be exerting a lot of energy and incorporating compound workouts, meaning exercises that include multiple muscle groups.

A great way to do so is to do leg workouts since they are the biggest muscles in the body.

This is a big reason why people who don’t lift legs that much have low levels.

Do exercises like squats, deadlifts, lunges, and burpees.

Here is a good example workout that incorporates all of those and keeps it very intense:

Squats 8 reps (Rest 30 Secs)
Deadlifts 8 reps (Rest 30 Secs)
Lunges 8 reps (Rest 30 Secs)
Burpees 8 reps (Rest 30 Secs)

This is 1 circuit.  Do 3.

Lift as much weight as you can to where you can accomplish 8 reps in 30 seconds.

Incorporate Fats Into Your Diet

A lot of people have this misconception that if you eat a lot fats then you’ll get fat.  The way you get fat is by eating an excessive amount of carbs and sugars.

Fats are the building block of testosterone.  Therefore if you are not eating fats than you literally will not be increasing testosterone.

Here are 4 main areas that you can implement into your diet:

  1. Red meats (steak/beef)
  2. Nut and seeds (Almonds, cashews, chia seeds)
  3. Avocados
  4. Oils (Vegetable, Olive, Coconut)

Incorporate All 3

If you want the best results then you’ll want to constantly be adding all of these into your regimen.
